Prices
Prices are in Euro and include all taxes. Prices are ex warehouse and are subject to change without notification.
Payment
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Your credit card will not be billed until after merchandise is shipped.
Minimum order value
Your order must exceed 50 Euros. Orders inferior to this amount cannot be accepted.
Shipping
We ship with DHL ground service worldwide. Shipping cost depend on the destination and will be charged as per DHL's current tariff in addition to the order value:
Zone 1:
For the European Market (EC) and Switzerland
up to 5 kg: Euro 8,60
5 kg up to 10 kg: Euro 12,85
10 kg up to 20 kg: Euro 21,35
up to 500 Euro shipping cost for free
Zone 2:
For all other European countries outside the EC
up to 5 kg: Euro 13,40
5 kg up to 10 kg: Euro 17,65
10 kg up to 20 kg: Euro 26,15
up to 750 Euro shipping cost for free
Zone 3:
For USA, Canada and all Arab Countries
up to 5 kg: Euro 25,40
5 kg up to 10 kg: Euro 29,65
10 kg up to 20 kg: Euro 38,15
up to 1000 Euro shipping cost for free
Zone 4:
For all other Countries
up to 5 kg: Euro 30,65
5 kg up to 10 kg: Euro 40,15

Return charges due to insufficient or unknown address is at customers cost and will be charged back.
Shipping restrictions
Important information to our foreign customers: All our articles are legal and in accordance to the German regulations. As we do not know about legal restrictions, laws and regulations in other countries we inform all of our foreign customers herewith that prior to ordering you should inquire with the appropriate authorities about any kind of local restrictions and/or bureaucratic proceedures pertaining to the importation into your country. Should any of our articles be banned or subject to a special permit it is excusively the responsability of the buyer to comply with local laws and regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage occuring due to the non-respect of national or local laws and regulations.
It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws ! Recon Company denies any liability as we are not familiar with all the regulations and restrictions worldwide.
Return/Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the items within 30 days from date of invoice. You must return the package at your cost. We cannot accept used items, books, magazines, CDs and batteries. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges.
For an exchange please send us the parcel at your cost, we will carry the shipping cost for the return to you.
We do not accept return parcel with postage fee unpaid.
Warranty
Warranty is given on all products in accordance with the law.
Shipments abroad/outside EC
All shipments outside of the European Community are tax excempt. So you save currently 7% on food and books and 19% on all other articles.
Jurisdiction
Only German law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Braunschweig. All products remain in the property of the vendor until payment has been received in full.
