Thigh bag not only for emergency kit and basic medical equipment: The 5.11 UCR Thight Rig is a multifunctional thigh bag with large zippered lid to tear open a 90° opening and a receptacle for two AR15 magazines. Height adjustable thigh mount, velcro belt mount and removable partial elastic and anti-slip thigh strap. The following features: flat mesh pocket, integrated and volume-reducible AR15 double magazine pocket with bungee safety, zippered main compartment with two slip pockets, elastic and Velcro fixation strap and a laser-cut molle area for additional gear on the front.

5.11 UCR Thight Rig loading chart or suggestion (bag does not contain any of the items listed):

- Two CAT tourniquets

- Patient cards

- One to two QuickClot Combat Gauze Packets

- Asst NAR ETD gauze packets (4" flat, 4" rolled, 6" rolled)

- One to two 14g chest needles

- Felt tip pen (for tourniquets)

- Two AR15 magazines or equivalent

The modular pouches are equipped with the 5.11 SlickStick Speed System attachment system on the back,

the Slickstick makes it easier to attach and detach the pouches.

The bags can therefore be attached very flexibly to equipment vests, backpacks or couplers.

The UCR system was developed in collaboration between Combat and Tactical Medics, law enforcement officers and medical professionals across the U.S., individuals who may all find themselves in the role of first responder in an operational scenario. The Hartford Consensus states that hemostatic wound care is the most urgent action for penetrating trauma. The UCR Slingpack, Thigh Rig and IFAK Pouch are designed to provide the fastest access to hemostatic wound care materials.

The 5.11 Tactical UCR System (Urban Casualty Response) is designed to provide first responders and professionals with professional medic gear to help respond to Active Shooter or Mass Casualty Incidents (AS/MCI). Specifically, the UCR system supports items 2 and 3 of the Hartford Consensus T.H.R.E.A.T. protocol.
