The AKU Pilgrim HL GT Combat boot from the Italian hiking and trekking shoe specialist is a very strong and stable tactical operation boot, which is especially suitable for demanding and fast climbs. The anatomically shaped midsole system of the AKU trekking boot Pilgrim GTX provides very good shock absorption and the very abrasion-resistant Vibram® Fourà PU sole maximum stability and grip on long tours, even in difficult terrain. The raised and circumferential scree guard protects the feet and toes, the upper from wear and stabilizes the shape of the shoe. The upper is made of very durable 3D nylon fabric AIR 8000®. AIR 8000® is a material technology developed by the company AKU, which gives functional shoes optimized breathability and quick-drying material properties. By using highly water vapor permeable functional fabrics, shoes with AIR 8000® have up to 11 times faster moisture management than comparable models made of quick-drying materials. The GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort membrane makes it waterproof to boot. The AKU Pilgrim GTX is used by special forces around the world and impresses with its breathability and stability.
