Aliens steel carabiner HMS Screwlock
The Aliens HMS steel carabiner with screwlock closure fulfils the EN 362 industrial climbing and EN 12275 sport climbing standards. Although the steel carabiners are heavy, they last significantly longer, as the abrasion of the ropes only has a very limited effect here, whereas abrasion is a real problem with classic aluminium carabiners. On the one hand, the aluminium carabiners lose material and on the other hand, this can be found in the form of black-coloured ropes and hands. Even when abseiling with HMS knots, the Aliens steel HMS carabiner is much more durable and robust than any aluminium carabiner. With an impressive 43 kN breaking load, the Aliens HMS steel carabiner is a very safe device.
