The SONIC 3 helmet is based on the PASGT helmet and is designed to provide compatibility with communication devices. It complies with NIJ Level IIIA and NATO STANAG 2920 safety guidelines.

Beschreibung
The SONIC 3 helmet with protection level NIJ IIIA is based on the PASGT (Personal Armour System Ground Troops protection system) helmet. It is very light and offers very good hearing and vision.
The SONIC 3 has a deep neck extension for added protection and a deep ear cutout to allow headsets and helmet intercom kits to be worn. A leather-covered brow pad helps repel perspiration and provides good comfort. The helmet harness system is equipped with a head (crown) pad. With the help of the neck pad, the helmet can be excellently adjusted for different head sizes. This also provides additional safety and prevents uncomfortable helmet movement during heavy body use.
