Buy vouchers
Vouchers, if offered in the shop, can be purchased like normal items.
Once you have purchased a voucher and it has been activated after successful payment,the amount will appear in the processing pages.
How to send vouchers
To send a voucher, please click on the "Send Voucher" link on the login page. To send a voucher, we need the following information from you: First and last name of the recipient, a valid email address of the recipient,the desired amount (This amount can also be less than your credit), additionally short message to the recipient. We ask you to check the information before sending, because the possibility to correct information exists only before sending.
Shopping with vouchers
As soon as you have a credit, you can use it to pay for your order. During the order process you have the possibility to redeem your credit. If your credit is less than the value of your order, you must choose your preferred method of payment for the difference. If your credit exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining credit is of course available for your next order.
Posting vouchers
If you have received a voucher by e-mail, you can book the amount as follows:
1. Click on the link provided in the e-mail. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you have the option of opening one.
2. During the order process you can enter the code manually on the page " payment method ". Please book your voucher first and then choose the desired payment method.
In case of problems:
If there should be any problems with a voucher, please contact us via email : info@recon-company.com. Please describe the problem as detailed as possible, important details are among others : Your customer number, the voucher code, error messages from the system and the browser you are using.
