Whether as an insulating mid-layer or as a lightweight warmer for emergencies - the Ottanta is versatile and comes up trumps with low weight and good thermal performance.
The breathable outer material is pleasantly light and soft, but it can still take a lot. It is wind resistant and thanks to its DWR finish, it can also withstand a short rain shower. Depending on the weather, the Ottanta can be used either as a warming mid-layer (in very cold temperatures) or as an outer jacket (in milder, dry weather). If you don't need the jacket at the moment, it can be packed away in its own insert pocket. Thus compressed small, it still finds a place even in full backpacks.
The side abrasion-resistant and anti-pilling flecce inserts with stretch structure allow concealed wearing of ballistic protection equipment without restricting movement
