Use in the field has repeatedly shown that the combat knife is used almost exclusively as a tool
At the suggestion of soldiers with operational experience, designer Dietmar Pohl has developed the KM3000 model with Spear Point blade tip,
which offers the soldier a much wider range of applications
In order to be able to exist also in desert operational areas, Eickhorn offers the knife additionally in Coyote-colored equipment as DESERT COMMAND II
