Eickhorn was approached by the ranks of police special forces to develop an even more optimized version of the existing PRT GUARDIAN series specifically for this area of application
Knife designer Dietmar Pohl has taken on this task and modified the knife in crucial details
Among the most important changes is the completely redesigned and 5 mm longer Spear Point blade with recurve edge. The additional partial serrated edge on the C.S.A.R. II model facilitates the cutting of solid materials and ropes
G-10 handle scales with milled groove pattern guarantee safe handling
1.5 mm thick stainless steel liners give the C.S.A.R. the necessary stability and secure the blade made of Böhler N695 stainless steel (HRC 58)
The belt cutter integrated in the rear part of the handle as well as a glass breaker prove to be indispensable especially in rescue operations
