Fibertec Textile Guard Pro 500 ml - Impregnation

Fibertec Textile Guard Pro is the new name for the multiple award-winning Blue Guard Spray On. A very effective special impregnation with a C6 active ingredient for clothing made of natural and synthetic fabrics. It cares for and protects high-quality functional clothing and is not only highly water-repellent but also dirt and oil-repellent. The breathability of waterproof-breathable clothing is optimised. For rain, ski and sailing clothing, motorbike clothing, softshells, gloves, etc.. Textile Guard Pro is recommended for the treatment of GORE-TEX® clothing. Textile Guard Pro does not contain PFOS and PFOA.

With its exceptional beading effect, Textile Guard Pro has also convinced the testers of Stiftung Warentest. Under the name Blue Guard SprayOn, Textile Guard Pro was the test winner at Stiftung Warentest in September 2015 in the category "Special impregnating agents for textiles".

Heat treatment is not absolutely necessary for the impregnation to be effective, but can significantly increase the beading effect under certain circumstances. Ideally, the textile should be placed in the tumble dryer for approx. 30 minutes at normal temperature. If a tumble dryer is not available, the textile can alternatively be ironed at level 1 (synthetic temperature) for activation.
