STEP 1

Then send us an e-mail to info@recon-company.com with your customer number, address details and an attached copy of your ID card. After a brief check, we will convert your account to an authority account (this may take up to 24 hours).
STEP 2
Log in to the customer portal, select your authority affiliation from the list using the AUTHORITY button, note the authority address as the delivery address and receive a 10% instant bonus.
Items not eligible for the bonus include books, DVDs, food, special items, special offers and items labelled as "not eligible for discount".
