The Wave Alpha is the first model in the series with a reversed tanto blade made of ultra-high-quality MagnaCut® steel - for maximum edge retention, stability and corrosion resistance. Thanks to the new thumb stud, the blade can be opened easily and intuitively with one hand (the thumb stud can be removed if required).
The contoured G10 handles with topographically inspired structure offer excellent grip, high comfort and a striking design. When opened, all the tools fold out of the handle shell so that you can quickly select the tool you need.
Another highlight: for the first time, a Wave has fully-fledged, one-handed scissors - the largest cutting surface of all Leatherman models with a plier base.
The Wave Alpha has been rethought from the ground up to honour the heritage of the Wave series while setting new standards in design, material quality and ease of use.
