Order & Payment

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

Prepayment by bank transfer:

We will ship your order directly after the invoice amount has been credited to our account. You will receive all necessary data by email after your order.

Cash payment: You can also collect the ordered goods from us on site after consultation and pay  in cash. For a quick processing, please bring a printout of your order confirmation.

PayPal: Pay securely and conveniently with PayPal. As a rule, the payment from PayPal will be forwarded directly to us.

Credit card (Concardis): Pay by credit card with your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Diners Club. Your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped. The transaction is handled by our service provider Concardis.

Cash on delivery: You pay the invoice amount to the parcel delivery company upon receipt of the delivery. The fee for cash on delivery shipments is 5,60 € plus VAT.

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

Prepayment by bank transfer: You transfer the invoice amount via IBAN/BIC to our account. After the payment has been credited to our account, we will ship the goods to you. We dispatch only after complete credit note of the payment on our account. 

PayPal: Pay securely and conveniently with PayPal. As a rule, the payment from PayPal is forwarded directly to us.

Credit card (Concardis): You pay simply and conveniently with your credit card. Your credit card account will only be charged when the goods are shipped.

Information about the order process:

Ordering through our online store is quite simple. Simply follow the steps below.you can add the desired items to your shopping cart using the "Add to cart" buttons next to the item.

1. In the shopping cart you can change the number of items later as follows: Select a different quantity in the "Quantity" drop-down list. The shop will automatically recalculate the total price.

2. After you have placed all items with the desired quantity in the shopping cart, click on the link "GO TO CHECKOUT"

in the shopping cart.

3. Now you can enter your shipping address and select the shipping and payment method.

4. In the last step of the checkout process you will receive an overview of your order. By pressing the button "BUY NOW"

a binding order is sent.

5. After successful order you will receive an e-mail from us. The e-mail contains again all information about your order.
