The Petromax kx50 cooler allows one to be self-sufficient over multi-day adventures. The ultra-passive cooling system is powered by commercial ice, cold packs or dry ice alone. With no compressor or absorber at all, the double-walled and cavity-insulated kx50 keeps ice chilled for up to 12 days! Unbeatable advantage: The interior of the kx50 is designed in such a way that, with a volume of 50 L, up to 70 x 0.33 L cans or 20 x 1 L bottles can be stowed and transported upright. Also freshly caught fish or provisions brought along find their ideal storage place in your Petromax cooler

The insulating layer of the Petromax cooler of at least 45 mm guarantees the longest possible temperature resistance inside when used outdoors. The sturdy PE body is so stable that you can easily use the box as an elevated seat or stand. In addition, thanks to its design with a clear edge, the kx50 can be stacked easily and stowed in the hold or below deck. Refilling ice and cleaning the cold room later is made easier by the integrated drainage system. This allows melt water to be drained at any time - especially during use - .

In addition to the extremely long temperature stability, there are other features that distinguish the Petromax cooler as suitable for adventures: Indentations on the lid allow it to be lashed crosswise. This allows you to safely stow the kx50 for transport on the deck of a boat or on the bed of a pick-up truck.
