The Princeton Tec Ghost X MLPS has been developed for professional users who need to be able to rely on their equipment at all times. Whether in military operations, security duties, hunting, outdoor adventures or demanding night-time operations – this compact tactical head and helmet torch combines powerful white light, various colour modes and infrared illumination in a robust, ready-to-use system.

With a maximum light output of 300 lumens, the Ghost X MLPS provides bright and even illumination up to a distance of 102 metres. In addition, red, green and blue light, as well as high-performance 940 nm infrared LEDs with up to 320 mWr, are available. The special Ghost mode provides direct access to IR High, IR Low and IR Strobe, ensuring the lowest possible signature during night-time operations.

The intuitive operation allows for quick switching between light modes, even whilst wearing gloves or under pressure. Thanks to dual-fuel technology, the torch can be flexibly powered by either a CR123 lithium battery, an AA lithium battery or an AA alkaline battery – ideal for a wide range of operational scenarios.

The robust casing meets protection class IP68, making it completely dustproof and permanently waterproof. Weighing just 82 grams, the Ghost X MLPS remains comfortable to carry even during long operations.

The MPLS version (Modular Personal Lighting System) comes with a range of mounts and can be flexibly attached to a helmet, MOLLE systems or, in the traditional way, to a headband. This makes it equally suitable for tactical gear, operational helmets and outdoor rucksacks. A typical example of use: whilst navigating cross-country at night, you can switch from white light to IR mode in a single movement, without unnecessarily revealing your position.
