Buy vouchers

If they are offered in the shop, vouchers can be purchased in the same way as normal items.

As soon as you have purchased a voucher and it has been activated after successful payment, the amount will appear in the checkout pages.

How to send vouchers

To send a voucher, please click on the link "Send voucher" on the login page. To send a voucher, we need the following information from you: First and last name of the recipient, a valid e-mail address of the recipient, the desired amount (this amount can also be less than your credit balance), plus a short message to the recipient. Please check the details before sending, as it is only possible to correct the details before sending.

Shopping with vouchers

As soon as you have a credit balance, you can use it to pay for your order. You have the option of redeeming your credit during the order process. If the credit balance is less than the value of the goods, you must select your preferred method of payment for the difference. if your credit exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining credit will of course be available for your next order.

Book vouchers

If you have received a voucher by e-mail, you can post the amount as follows:

1. Click on the link provided in the e-mail. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you have the option of opening one.

2. During the order process, you can enter the code manually on the "Payment method" page. Please enter your voucher first and then select the desired payment method.

In case of problems:

If there are any problems with a voucher, please contact us by e-mail: info@recon-company.com. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible, important details include : Your customer number, the voucher code, error messages from the system and the browser you are using.

Members of the police, military and other authorities receive an SOFORTBONUS at RECON

After selecting your item, log in to the customer portal, select your government agency affiliation from the list using the AUTHORITIES button, note the government agency address as the delivery address and you will receive a discount from an order value of
