Take the parcel to a shipping service provider of your choice.
Please note that we unfortunately do not cover any return shipping costs or provide pre-paid labels.
As soon as we receive the item, we will issue a credit note and refund the money to your original means of payment within 3 working days.
Exchange
Please fill out the return form. You can find this under the following link:
Please note under "Further information" which item you would like to receive as an exchange. If the invoice amount increases as a result, you will receive a prepayment invoice by email with a request for a bank transfer.
Please put the completed return note in the parcel with the goods and stick it to the parcel.

Important: If the item is worn/used, please wash it for reasons of hygiene. Please remove all dirt from shoes.

Please contact us at: 05341-833440 to receive a free return label from DHL. Please have your customer number and/or invoice number ready.
As soon as we receive the item, we will send it to the manufacturer for assessment. Please note that processing can take between 2 and 6 weeks. This varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and it is not possible for us to speed up this process.
After repair or replacement, you will receive the item back from us.
