The Ruff Wear® Hoopie™ collar is made of durable Tubelok™ nylon webbing (specially woven tubular webbing) with an aluminum V-ring. The aluminum ring is easy to grasp due to its shape, making it easier to attach the leash. There is a silicone washer on the key ring which reduces dog tag rattling.
