Schuberth M100 Combat Helmet High Cut Sand Brown Size 2
The M100 from Schuberth is a modern high cut combat helmet with above-average wearing comfort and a high level of ballistic protection. The M100 combat helmet is manufactured in Germany. Thanks to its rail system with open architecture and its adjustable interior, it offers outstanding performance on the battlefield. An above-average proportion of identical parts across all sizes and optimised repairability guarantee low life cycle costs and a high degree of sustainability.
The M100 combines ballistic protection in accordance with NIJ IIIA and VPAM 2 (5 cm edge impact) with the demanding shock absorption requirements of the climbing helmet standard EN 12492, the white water helmet standard EN 1385 and the occupational safety standard EN 397.
The Schuberth M100 High Cut helmet shell is made of multi-layer fire-resistant aramid composite and offers the following ballistic protection:
- NJJ IIIA
- VPAM 2 (5 cm to the edge)
- STANAG 2920 V50: 690 m/s
The interior of the Schuberth M100 combat helmet consists of an EPP inner shell, a front head pad with head mould adjustment, a neck pad, a carrying net and a 4-point chin strap with webbing guide and chin lock. The head width can be adjusted by turning the rear dial.
The M100 is available in the following helmet shapes, colours and sizes:
- High Cut
- Mid Cut
- Full Cut
- Tar black: RAL 9021

Features of the M100 for the interior of the combat helmet:
- Split head support ring and revolutionary strap design for unrivalled comfort, specially developed for earmuffs and communication systems.
- Integrated mesh for optimum ventilation and height adjustment.
- All components remain in the helmet and cannot be lost.
- Maximum customisation by adjusting the head shape in the forehead area and the head width using the dial.
Features of the M100 for the combat helmet's shroud and rail system:
- 3 integrated mounts for fastening clips. These allow the simultaneous attachment of oxygen/breathing masks, cage goggles and IR friend or foe (IFF) recognition modules.
- Each combat helmet is supplied with nine Enhanced Connection Devices (ECD). These provide an extended interface for attaching additional attachments. The ECD allows, for example, the attachment of cords or textile elements/artificial camouflage. The shape of the ECD also allows cables to be routed in an organised manner close to the helmet shell. For this purpose, all rail elements and the shroud are equipped with corresponding holders for the ECD.
Scope of delivery:

Available in high, mid or full cut, the M100 is characterised by its cross-manufacturer compatibility with earmuffs and communication solutions. The Ergonomic Headset Loop (EHL), specially developed for the M100, is a strap guide with rigid segments that frames the earmuffs, ensuring a perfect fit even during dynamic activities. This is complemented by the Divided Modular Liner (DML), a two-part head support ring, which not only allows the ear defenders to fit perfectly under the combat helmet, but also to be customised to the shape of the user's head.
The Device Connection Interface System (DCIS) of the SCHUBERTH M100 combat helmet therefore has a rear rail in addition to the side rail pair and a night vision mount. This provides scope for capability developments, which already require compatibility with peripheral devices to be procured in the future, by means of an open system architecture. However, the specially developed SCHUBERTH Extended Connection Devices (ECD) enable a completely new dimension in the integration and management of peripheral devices. These connections, which are distributed across all interfaces, not only allow an unprecedented level of advanced cable management, but also the integration of additional accessories such as lamps, covers or artificial camouflage elements.
