The Smith & Wesson Articulated Handcuff M-300 is made of carbon steel and manufactured according to US police specifications NIJ (National Institute of Justice) with a welded joint with individual serial number.
S&W handcuffs with "Slot Lock Arrest" - the small pin on the back of the included handcuff key is inserted into the elongated slot and moved sideways. This locks the handcuff in place and prevents it from being squeezed tighter around the wrist.
