Templars Gear's very lightweight Crusader Plate Carrier is constructed of an extremely tear-resistant and durable Mil-Spec Cordura® 560D laminate with ROC (Rapid Open Connector) quick disconnect/drop system on the sides and shoulder straps, padded shoulder straps and an elastic "skeleton" cummerbund. The cummerbund can be expanded with separately available side pockets for ballistic protection plates (770158) that attach to the body-facing side. The padded chest and back are made of Coolmax® material, which provides excellent moisture wicking and good breathability. Two concealed buckles on the front and Velcro offer the possibility of attaching a chest rig or front panel, and zippers on the back accommodate modular pockets.
