The thick Woolpower Thermo Jacket 600 made of Ullfrotté Original 600 g/m² was designed as the warmest intermediate layer at very low temperatures so that it can be worn over thin underwear close to the skin and under a waterproof or windproof outer layer. Of course, the Thermo Jacket 600 is just as suitable as a warming wool jacket over casual clothing. The cuffs are elastic and knitted into the material, the sleeve ends are equipped with practical thumb loops. The reinforced collar and the slightly extended back prevent the penetration of cold. All Woolpower products are manufactured - from the yarn to the finished sewn garment - in Östersund/ northern Sweden.

Wool is the functional material from nature. Until now, no one has succeeded in artificially producing a fiber that has such fantastic properties as wool. Wool is self-cleaning to a certain degree and does not smell unpleasant even when the body sweats. Since wool fibers can absorb up to 30 percent of its own weight in moisture without feeling damp. Absorption heat is developed as the moisture is absorbed, so Woolpower functional underwear is still warm even when damp. Ullfrotté Original can be machine washed at 60°C.
