Beschreibung

AKU Pilgrim TSC GTX operational boot was developed in collaboration with the US Army Special Forces. It is lightweight, breathable and waterproof, perfect for use in hot climatic conditions and desert countries. The upper features ankle protection and the insole has a stitch resistant insert. Anti-static tread is slip resistant and provides good grip, insole insert made of puncture resistant material. For optimal protection during fast roping, additional protectors are found inside the boot

The upper is made of very durable 3D nylon fabric AIR 8000®. AIR 8000® is a material technology developed by the company AKU, which gives functional shoes optimized breathability and quick-drying material properties. By using highly water vapor permeable functional fabrics, shoes with AIR 8000® have up to 11 times faster moisture management than comparable models made of quick-drying materials. The GORE-TEX® Insulated Comfort membrane makes it waterproof to boot.
