1.     Return with refund

1.      Please fill out the return form. You can find it at the following link:

2.      Please put the completed return form in the package with the goods and tape it closed

3.      Take the package to a shipping company of your choice.

Please note that we unfortunately do not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid labels

4.      Once we receive the item, we will issue a credit note and refund the money to your original means of payment within 3 business days.

2.     Exchange

1.      Please fill out the return form. This can be found at the following link:

2.      Please make a note under "Additional Information" which item you would like to receive as an exchange. Should the invoice amount increase as a result, you will receive a prepayment invoice by email with a request for bank transfer.

3.      Please put the completed return bill with the goods in the package and tape it closed

4.      Take the package to a shipping company of your choice.

5.      Once we receive the item, we will usually process the exchange within 3 business days. You will not be charged for additional shipping costs.

3.     Complaint / Warranty

1.      Please fill out the return form. You can find it under the following link:

At "Further details" please describe the existing defect as detailed as possible

2.      Important: If it is worn / used goods, please wash the article for hygienic reasons. Please clean shoes thoroughly from dirt

3.      Please put the completed return bill with the goods in the package and tape it closed

4.      Please contact us at: 05341-833440 to receive a free return label from DHL. Please have your customer number and/or invoice number ready.

5.      Once we receive the item, we will send the item to the respective manufacturer for assessment. Please note that processing can take between 2 and 6 weeks. This varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and we are unable to expedite this process.

6.      After repair or exchange you will receive the item back from us.
