The A8 Insulated Shorts from Beyond are insulated shorts with Climashield® Apex™ insulation for comfortable warmth on cold missions. The shorts are windproof, water repellent impregnated and the side zippers allow for quick on and off. Two concealed pass-through zippers allow quick access to the pockets of the combat shorts and the adjustable waistband complete the sophisticated concept A8 Insulated Shorts.

The outer material is insulated with Polartec® Alpha® and is made of 70D ripstop nylon. Designed specifically for US Special Forces, Polartec® Alpha® Active insulation provides even warmth while maintaining high breathability during activity. This air exchange technology creates sustained comfort without shedding layers, which is not an option during a mission. The Climashield® Apex™ insulation is a very stable, heat efficient insulation that has very good insulation values, is insensitive to moisture and very breathable
