The Condor Specter Plate Carrier is a low-profile, lightweight plate carrier for discreet surveillance operations. Made of durable 4-way stretch nylon fabric, it offers optimal fit with full freedom of movement. The front and back each feature a Velcro area and Lasercut MOLLE for modular expansion. The elastic cummerbund has four integrated magazine / radio / tourniquet holders on each side.

Fits Level III ballistic panels up to 25 x 30 cm with thickness up to 19 mm or Level IIIa Shooters Cut soft ballistics.
