4-14 Factory developed the Breacher Panel with the sturdy perforated plate to organize light pry tools or equipment of many kinds that need to be fixed, but quickly at hand. Thanks to the adjustable elastic straps, any type of equipment can be easily and securely accommodated. Thanks to the Velcro surface on the back, it can be easily and conveniently stowed in the front pocket of the 4-14 Anorak or attached to other Velcro surfaces.
