How the sole warmers work: Simply open the packaging of the heat pads and place the sole warmers in your shoes with the textile side facing up and the smooth side facing down. Enjoy a pleasant 40°C for up to 8 hours with the sole warmers in your shoes. Athletes and coaches of the Austria Ski Team, Swiss Ski and Snowboard Germany have trusted the quality of the heat pads for many years.
