The MX301, is made of the new Multiaxial laminate, and is designed as an outer shell that contains an inlay that is attached to the outer shell with Velcro. There are loops on each side of the inlay - pull them with your right or left hand and you can quickly release the inlay with your medical equipment

The IFAK Pouch MX301 is designed to offer a custom configuration through large flat slide-in compartments as well as elastic loops to completely customize the inlay and store medical items such as compresses, emergency blankets, chest seals, etc. The cover comes with elastic straps on the top and bottom to compress and secure the inlay, also tourniquets and CAT's can be fixed over this. The patch area on the front can be used for easy identification.

To attach the MX301 medical bag to your gear, you can attach it classically with MOLLE/PALS, but the bag can also be looped to a belt with separate 5cm wide loops on the back. Carry and configure the MX301 however you like
