The fully seam-sealed Tac-Dry Rainshell 2.0 combines a new fixed hood, elastic cuffs, a protective storm flap and inner chin guard to keep wind and water out. When the skies clear, the brimmed hood easily rolls back into the collar. The mesh lining provides extra protection and all-day comfort. There are pull-out ID panels (Velcro) on both sides of the chest and on the back. Zippered exterior pockets and interior chest pocket allow you to store your notepad, cell phone and other essentials. The patented 5.11® Quixip® system allows quick access to your duty belt, while the interior drawcord keeps your rain gear in place.
