The Super 64 TPR from Edge Tactical is a low-profile goggle for maximum field of vision. An EVA foam gasket provides further protection from airborne debris. Interchangeable straps allow for custom fit and function. Polycarbonate lenses are ballistic tested, have a triple anti-scratch coating and feature unique Vapor Shield anti-fog technology. The lenses are tested to CE EN166 F, ANSI Z87.1-2015 and MIL-PRF-32432A. The lenses filter 99.9% of UVA/UVB/UVC radiation.
Edge Vapor Shield Technology:
The unique Edge Vapor Shield anti-fog technology is incorporated directly into the polycarbonate lenses to provide permanent anti-fog protection, outside and in! With conventional glasses, the anti-fog technology is only applied on one side and loses its effect through wear and must be renewed by anti-fog spray or wipes.
G-15 (Vapor Shield Technology):
The U.S. Air Force developed the special G-15 technology in the 1950s. Through extensive experimentation with the light spectrum, it was found that the transmission of green and yellow light could be maximized at 550 nanometers (the two colors best perceived by the human eye). The result is a neutral and lifelike perspective with high contrast and image sharpness. The G-15 lenses have a light transmission of 15% and filter 99.9% UVA/UVB/UVC rays.
