Durable, thermo-regulating, intelligently padded to ensure strategic foot protection and maximum comfort in the shoe - the UYN Man Defender Merino socks in a low-cut design. Sounds too good to be true? The innovative combination of merino wool with bio-based Natex yarn makes the socks ideal for cold climates and extremely quick-drying (50% faster than conventional nylon!). Natex is a yarn obtained from the castor bean plant, so novel and revolutionary that it currently has to be labeled as a polyamide yarn due to the lack of a category! Perfect for outdoor activities, long-distance hiking and carrying heavy loads. It also features exclusive ZEROCUFF technology, which helps prevent leg fatigue even after many hours.
Double Layer - Two-layer sock system that prevents friction that can lead to blisters.
Natex is 25% lighter and dries up to 50% faster than comparable fibers. This 100% organic material is also extremely elastic and its anti-bacterial properties minimize odours.
