Beschreibung
Spacious, stable dome tent with two large vestibules. A lightweight, comfortable hiking tent suitable for year-round use. For use in extreme conditions, we recommend our Keb tents. Two entrances simplify everyday tent use; each side of the tent can be organized separately. In windy conditions, you can use the entrance on the side away from the wind. They also provide ample space for gear, food preparation, and occupation in bad weather. The inner and outer tents are set up coupled
The three-arch construction makes the tent freestanding and easy to pitch. If the tent is additionally fixed with the guy ropes, it is completely wind stable. The pole channels are color coded for ease of use and are sized so that a second set of poles (accessory) can be used in critical weather conditions
The tent offers a comfortable height so you can sit comfortably together once in a while. Good storage options thanks to a removable mesh shelf in the inner tent and several mesh pockets. Thanks to large entrances with extra fine mesh mosquito netting, you can enjoy the view from your sleeping bag without being bothered by insects. Fully closable vents at various heights ensure optimal air circulation. These and the possibility to fix the outer tent door half open, make the tent predestined for use in tropical climates
The outer tent is made of Fjällräven's high-performance TripleRip nylon. This innovative construction consists of two different fabric thicknesses - 20 denier at the top and 40 denier at the more exposed tent floor to combine high durability with the lightest possible weight. Just like all of Fjällräven's other tents, Abisko Dome 2 is made entirely without PVC and toxic flame retardants. The impregnation is fluorocarbon-free
