Beschreibung

Lightweight, durable all-season tent with weight-saving low-profile design and exceptionally spacious vestibule. Versatile model with outstanding ventilation capabilities including a new feature that allows the outer tent to be rolled up at both ends. The result is excellent air circulation, which not only works well in changeable Scandinavian weather but also in warm climates. Suitable for use all year round in most conditions except for really extreme weather, this model is the ideal companion on hikes where light weight is important. For use in extreme conditions, we recommend the tents in our Keb line. The outer tent is made of new high performance TripleRip nylon. An innovative construction of two different fabric strengths - the more heavily loaded tent floor is made with a more durable and thicker material than the rest of the tent - ensures high robustness and low weight at the same time. To prevent the inner tent from getting wet during pitching, the inner and outer tents can be pitched coupled. The pole channels run along the outside of the tent and are color-coded to simplify setup. They are sized so that a second set of poles (accessory) can be used in critical weather conditions. Large, high-positioned vents provide excellent air circulation. Fine mesh on all openings prevents even the tiniest insects from entering. The openings of the outer tent can be closed completely weatherproof. The zipper of the tent entrances can also be fixed at half height to provide better ventilation in warm temperatures. An auto-stop function prevents the wind from pushing the zipper open. The inner tent door can be closed with fine mesh and with a door made of inner tent material. The vestibule provides ample space for gear, food preparation or a four-legged friend. Thanks to the side arrangement of the entrance, the interior can be used optimally. The spacious inner tent is equipped with a clothesline and mesh pockets that keep the tent tidy. Just like all other tents from Fjällräven, the Abisko Shape 2 is made entirely without PVC and toxic flame retardants. The impregnation is fluorocarbon-free
