The steel car mount set consists of two specially designed components; the magnetic ring mount and the ball joint that attaches to the dashboard. Both are made of steel and are securely connected by the powerful neodymium magnet in the ring mount by simply placing them on top of each other. Together, they provide a stable yet flexible smartphone mount for the car. The ball joint allows the phone to be adjusted to any angle of inclination. Inside the magnetic ring is a rubber pad that fixes the orientation of the smartphone so that its position does not change even in the event of vibrations. Extra-strong 3M® VHB™ adhesive pad provides an exceptionally secure hold, attaching both the magnetic ring securely to the smartphone (or even to a protective case) and the ball joint to smooth dashboards. The adhesive tape can be removed without leaving any residue. Practical additional benefit: After reaching the driving destination and removing the phone from the Steelie Car Mount, the magnetic ring works on any metallic surface. So, for example, the phone can be conveniently attached to the refrigerator door, metal shelves, shopping cart handlebars and many more places. The magnet has no negative effect on the functionality of smartphones and tablets. These contain non-magnetic storage media and therefore cannot be affected
