Beschreibung

Thanks to the grooved surface they get the typical grill pattern. Due to the heat-retaining properties of the cast iron mold, the burgers are sharply seared in the fire and can then be perfectly cooked with the residual heat. Thanks to the flattened, resting wooden handles and the locking hook, you can safely close the Petromax burger iron and hold it in the embers. For cleaning, you can easily separate the two molds via the hinge and clean them individually. For easy removal of frying residues in the grill structure we recommend the Petromax scraper with grooves for cast iron.
