The Princeton Tec Meridian is an emergency and locator light that is visible for one mile when activated. The beacon has a white emergency flash and a white steady light mode. The continuous light mode also works well as an area light. The toggle switch, which can be operated even with gloves on, allows for a quick change from flash mode to continuous light. The Meridian is made of break- and impact-resistant plastic and is absolutely waterproof according to IPX8 up to 100 m diving depth. The body is very flat and can be optimally attached to 2.5 cm wide webbing, such as backpack straps, life jackets and MOLLE webbing.
