The SnigelDesign Topless Handcuff Pouch is a lightweight, modular pouch for handcuffs. The pouch is partially padded and designed to hold handcuffs firmly and quietly. The MOLLE-compatible attachment loops have Velcro, which allows the pouch to fit tightly between the upper and lower belts and not slip. The pouch's holder is designed to be easily attached to and removed from the duty belt without having to remove other pouches first.
