Source's ILPS 3L Low Profile Hydration System is specifically designed for use with a ballistic vest or hydration pack. Designed to integrate with ballistic vests, the low-profile hydration reservoir design holds 2 liters in a ballistic vest and 3 liters in a hydration pack. Maximum use of low-profile technology reduces the depth of the wearer, making it a truly low-profile hydration system. The UTA Rapid Refill Adapter allows the bladder to be refilled directly through the hydration tube without removing the bladder from the pack or vest.
Widepac Closure (U.S Patent No. 7,648,276,B2) - The user-friendly Widepac™ Slide Closure is sealed airtight and allows easy refilling and cleaning through the wide opening. Most SOURCE hydration systems are equipped with the Widepac™ Closure System.
Taste-Free™ System - SOURCE's co-extruded PE film encloses the liquid without giving off plastic taste to it. Of course, SOURCE Taste-Free film is free of BPA and phthalates.
GrungeGuard™ Technology - Thanks to Grunge-Guard technology, the surface of the hydration bladder inhibits the growth of bacteria efficiently, effectively and throughout its lifetime. The technology is based on antibacterial materials - so-called anti-microbial agents - with FDA approval and EPA registration.
Glass-Like™ Technology - The hydration system is virtually self-cleaning thanks to the SOURCE Glass-Like film. The surface of SOURCE hydration systems is 2000% smoother than a conventional PU film. This makes the surface almost as smooth as glass. The smooth surface prevents bacteria from settling and biofilm from forming.
