The Vanguard VEO HD2 binoculars feature Hoya ED (Extra Low Dispersion) glass and BAK4 phase-corrected prisms that work together to virtually eliminate chromatic aberrations and produce images with true color fidelity across the entire field of view and enhanced contrast. The glass and prisms are complemented by an anti-reflective and fully multi-coated optical system that improves light transmission for bright and clear images with greater low-light performance. The body is made of extra lightweight carbon and refined with high quality Mitsubishi rubber coating. Thanks to nitrogen filling, the binoculars are waterproof as well as fogproof. The ergonomic open bridge design with thumb position, the easily adjustable, large focus wheel, the diopter adjustment ring and the 3-stage eyecup (with separate cap) offer special comfort during use. If needed, the binoculars can be attached to a tripod using the 1/4 thread and an adapter.
