The design of the 5.11 Tactical Tourniquet Holder allows quick access from the top or bottom of the holder while protecting the windlass clip and rod from abrasion. The tourniquet holder includes two spring steel clips for attachment to either a belt (up to 2.25 inches) or a MOLLE platform.
