Pentagon Avron Tac fitness plate made of steel for Tactical Training or Crossfit. The plates are made of solid 8 mm steel type St-37 and weigh 2.6 kg each. The fitness plate is perfectly shaped because of its 2-axis curvature and the edges are rounded. Due to the integrated handholds, the plates can also be used without the plate support for squats, lunges and much more.
