ARCLIGHT G-15 safety goggles from Edge TacticalSafety Eyewear, with ballistic tested, 3-fold anti-scratch coatedpolycarbonate lenses with unique VaporShield VaporShieldAnti-fog technology. The lenses of the ARCLight G-15 are certified according to EN166 F CE, ANSI Z87.1 + 2015 and MCEPS(Military Combat Eye Protection Systems) GL-PD 10-12 tested. The lens filters out 99.9% of UVA/UVB/UVCRadiation. The comfortable and tight fitting Wrap-AroundFrame with rubberized nose and temple tips is made of indestructible TR-90 nylon polyamide, EN166 S CE tested.
Edge VaporShieldTechnology:
The unique Edge VaporShieldAnti-fog technology is directly integrated into the Polycarbonate lenseslenses and thus offers permanent Anti-fog protectionoutside and inside! In conventional glasses, the anti-fog technology is applied only on one side and loses its effect through wear and must be renewed by anti-fog spray or wipes.
G-15 glasses:
The U.S. Air Force developed the special G-15 technology in the 1950s. Through extensive experimentation with the light spectrum, it was determined that the transmission of green and yellow light could be maximized at 550 nanometers (the two colors best perceived by the human eye). The result is a neutral and lifelike perspective with high contrast and image sharpness. The G-15 lenses have a light transmission of 15% and filter 99.9% UVA/UVB/UVC rays.
