FIREPEN PRO is a lightweight and compact disposable tool with a combustion temperature of up to 2800° C, for instant cutting of various metal products. FIREPEN PRO cuts metal products and structures such as pipes, steel cables/rope, bars up to 16-18 mm thickness and steel sheets up to 3 mm thickness and 80 mm length.
Bundling 2-3 FIREPEN PRO increases the power and ability to cut thicker steel structures.
FIREPEN PRO also enables welding of low carbon steels when other types of welding are not available. The strength of the welded joints is approximately 20 kg/mm.
FIREPEN PRO is an irreplaceable tool in extreme conditions; during works to eliminate the consequences of natural and industrial disasters; in the absence of electricity; when electric or gas welding equipment cannot be used, etc. The FIREPEN PRO also works under water, but must be ignited above water.
The FIREPEN PRO is explosion and self-ignition proof. The FIREPEN PRO requires an ignition temperature of 1,100°C, for which a special storm match is supplied that is ignited on the rubbing surface of the carrying case/extension. The FIREPEN PRO should be stored in a dry place, at +5°C to +30°C. Working gloves and protective goggles are recommended when working with the FIREPEN PRO.
