The Helikon thermal underwear US LVL 2 is the evolution of the third generation of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) of the US Armed Forces, and is the first choice for very cold days. Using a blend of polyester and spandex, it not only provides optimal insulation, but also a comfortable fit. The cut close to the skin facilitates the transport of moisture from the skin and improves thermal comfort on exceptionally cold days. The honeycomb fleece on the inside is designed for increased and improved breathability and moisture management. All seams that occur are flat woven to reduce friction and prevent pressure points and seam marks.
