HIATT Articulated Handcuff 8122 is made of nickel-plated carbon steel and manufactured according to US police specifications NIJ (National Institute of Justice) 0307.01 with a welded joint with individual serial number.
HIATT Handcuffs with "Push Pin Lock Lock" - the small pin on the back of the key is inserted into the round opening on the side of the handcuff and pushed inward. This locks the handcuff in place and prevents it from being pushed tighter around the wrist.
