The Smith & Wesson handcuff M-100 is made of carbon steel and according to US police specifications NIJ (National Institute of Justice) with a welded intermediate chain with individual serial number.
S&W handcuffs with "Lever Look Locking" - with a slider that is activated by the fingers, the handcuffs are locked and thus you can no longer be pressed tighter around the wrist. To unlock the lock, the handcuffs must be unlocked
